Question 1

What is BeatSync Distribution?

Accepted Answer

BeatSync Distribution, operated by Meltrix Records LLC, is the first all-in-one digital label. It delivers releases to Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, YouTube Music, Tidal and Deezer, reports per-platform streaming and earnings, and includes the recording studio, AI mastering, music video editor, playlist pitching, sync licensing, EPK and fan CRM on the same account.

Question 2

Why is BeatSync Distribution better than other labels and distributors?

Accepted Answer

Everything lives in one place instead of five separate services: distribution, royalties, studio recording, AI mastering, music video editing, marketing and fan tools. There is no gatekeeping and no release approval maze, delivery reaches platforms within 14 days of approval, the revenue split is a transparent 50/50 with monthly statements, and artists keep creative control of their sound and career.

Question 3

What benefits are included for artists?

Accepted Answer

Unlimited releases to major platforms, monthly royalty statements with PayPal payouts, split sheets that collaborators can claim, Smart Links and pre-save campaigns, playlist pitching by curator type, a sync licensing marketplace, cover song licensing, an electronic press kit, a fan CRM, AI social media packs and marketing plans, and optional add-ons such as Vevo distribution.

Question 4

How do royalties and splits work?

Accepted Answer

Net revenue after third-party platform fees is split 50/50 between the artist and Meltrix Records LLC. Royalty reports are processed monthly, split sheets route each collaborator their share automatically, and balances are paid out to the artist's PayPal account once the minimum threshold is reached.
